US Returns

Murci Online Returns Policy - US

Effective Date: 21/2/26

Murci aims to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 days from the order date to initiate a return.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and ribbons attached and untampered with.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, makeup, fragrance, or missing tags and ribbons may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • A $1.00 administrative fee per item will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping costs and the admin fee are non-refundable.

You may ship the item back using your own carrier. However, Murci is not responsible for lost or damaged packages when using third-party shipping services.

Please do not send returns to any other address, as they cannot be processed.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after delivery to our facility for processing.

  • The following will be deducted from your refund:


    • $1.00 admin fee per item

Original shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:

  • Final sale or clearance items including our Outlet page.

  • Underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar items (unless unworn with hygiene seals intact)

  • Gift cards

Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page cannot be accepted.

Incorrect or Faulty Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our customer support team at customerservice@murci.co.uk. Murci will cover return shipping for confirmed faulty or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

US Consumer Rights Compliance

This policy is written in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws, including requirements related to:

  • Clear disclosure of return fees

  • Transparent timelines

  • Conditions for acceptance

  • Refund method and processing expectations
